See restoration of original stained glass windows from The Abbey Mausoleum in progress. The session will be led by Cole Moffatt, stained-glass artisan and owner of Steelton Glass, who will talk about the challenges, techniques, and rewards of restoring 100-year old stained glass windows. Steelton Glass’s studio is located in The Fort, a historic former Seagrave fire truck factory. Fascinating!
The program continues with a visit to The Abbey Mausoleum & Gardens, 700 Greenlawn Avenue, to marvel at the many stained glass windows already restored, tour the building, and learn about future plans.
